Church and East Ltd was formed in 2004 and was the dream child of its director Chris Harrington.

If it were possible Chris would redevelop the world, however due to the magnitude of this, understandably he decided to start on a slightly more realistic scale, with his business partner Tina and the properties they already owned they went to auction.

At the first auction 3 properties where purchased and renovations started straight away.

And so the dream began.

More auction visits followed and further properties where purchased, expanding our overall portfolio and expertise.

Since these early days much buying, selling and renovation has gone on and Church and East have expanded in our operations greatly.

As mentioned above the dream was redevelopment, therefore Church and East specialise in purchasing property in neglected and run down towns around the UK.
However redevelopment does not simply involve the purchase of property, there are many other aspect too.
